Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and
compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a contractual
basis for 8 weeks. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing
high-quality care to our patients under the supervision of registered nurses
and physicians.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in
accordance with established care plans and protocols.
Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor patient vital signs
and report any abnormalities or changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
Assist with activities of
daily living (ADLs) for patients, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and
mobility.
Document patient information
accurately and maintain medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with
interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated
patient care.
Educate patients and their
families about healthcare procedures, treatments, and self-care techniques.
