Provide resident care under Charge Nurse supervision.

Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral care.

Monitor skin condition and report findings.

Aid residents with eating and toileting needs.

Assist with mobility and exercises as per care plan.

Maintain room cleanliness and order.

Document care accurately in electronic health records.

Attend staff meetings and continuing education programs.
