Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified
Surgical Tech to join our healthcare team in Greeneville, TN. As a Certified
Surgical Tech, you will play a crucial role in assisting surgeons during
surgical procedures, ensuring the operating room is prepared, and maintaining
sterile conditions. This position requires excellent attention to detail,
strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced
environment.
Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons during surgical procedures by
passing instruments, sutures, and other necessary items.
·
Prepare the operating room for surgery, ensuring
all equipment and instruments are sterilized and available.
·
Set up sterile drapes and establish a sterile
field in the operating room.
·
Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and
respond promptly to requests during procedures.
·
Maintain a clean and organized operating room
environment before, during, and after surgery.
·
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals,
including surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists, to ensure patient safety and
optimal outcomes.
·
Adhere to established protocols and guidelines
for infection control and surgical safety.
·
Assist with patient positioning and
transportation within the operating room.
·
Monitor and maintain inventory of surgical
supplies and equipment, replenishing as needed.

Participate in on-call rotations as required,
responding promptly to emergency surgical
