$12 per Hour ($432 per Week)
Stipends

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
to join our team for a temporary assignment on the midnight shift in Danforth,
IL. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and
high-quality nursing care to patients during the overnight hours.
Responsibilities:
The LPN is responsible for
assisting in the delivery of health care services under the general direction
of the Nurse and Director of Nursing.
Conduct thorough assessments
of patients' health status and needs.
Administer medications and
treatments according to physician orders.
Monitor patients' vital signs
and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or physician.
Assist with activities of
daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding, as needed.
Collaborate with the
healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate and
up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Provide emotional support and
education to patients and their families.
Adhere to all facility
policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
