Descritpion
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including taking vital signs, assisting with medical procedures, and monitoring patient conditions.
Help patients with mobility, including transferring them from beds to wheelchairs or assisting them with walking.
Document patient information accurately and timely in medical records.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
