Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team in Concord, MA. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to critically ill patients during the night shift.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions, including vital signs, neurological status, and overall well-being. Continuously monitor patients' responses to treatment and interventions.
Administer medications, perform procedures, and implement interventions as ordered by physicians. Ensure accuracy and safety in all medical interventions.
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Provide clear and concise explanations of medical conditions, treatments, and procedures to patients and their families.
Offer emotional support and guidance to help alleviate anxiety and promote understanding.
