Title: RN Rehabilitation Med/Surg
Location: Windsor, VT
Duration:13 weeks
Shift: Night shift 12/hr (36hrs/per week)
Pay package for 36 hours
Gross Pay: $2794 per week
Breakdown
On W2 (Taxable): $38 per Hour ($1368 per Week)
Stipends (Non-Taxable): $1274 per Week (meals and lodgings)
Description:
Conduct initial patient assessments to determine rehabilitation needs and develop personalized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans accordingly.
Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate rehabilitation activities and maximize patient outcomes.
Valid RN license and BLS certification.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Previous experience in medical/surgical nursing and rehabilitation preferred.
Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
