Job Title: RN Dialysis
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 6:00am-6:30pm day (12 hrs.) 36/hrs. per week
Pay package for 36 hours
Gross Pay: $2481 per week
Breakdown
On W2 (Taxable): $31 per Hour ($1116 per Week)
Stipends (Non-Taxable): $1365 per Week (meals and lodgings)
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments prior to and during dialysis treatment sessions.
Administer dialysis treatment according to established protocols and physician orders.
Monitor patients' vital signs, fluid status, and overall well-being throughout the dialysis procedure.
Assess and address any complications or adverse reactions that may arise during dialysis treatment.
Educate patients and their families about renal disease management, dialysis procedures, and lifestyle modifications.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans for patients.
Document patient assessment findings, dialysis treatment data, and nursing interventions accurately and timely.
