Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical-Surgical Adult/Pediatric Units

Location: Fort Defiance, AZ 86504

Job Summary:

Join our dedicated healthcare team in Fort Defiance, AZ, as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical-Surgical care for either adult or pediatric patients. In this role, you will provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients admitted to our Medical-Surgical units. We are seeking dynamic and skilled RNs who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient-centered care. Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS. PALS is preferred
  
• Three (3) years of med-surg experience, 1 year pediatric experience preferred, must be comfortable with both adult and pediatric patients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

EXCELLENT Staffing Ratios: Non Covid: typically 4:1, max 5:1. Covid patients: typically 2:1, max 3:1.

Setting: 20 bed medical surgical unit for adults and pediatrics 

Shift: 12 hour shifts (Days/Nights) with No Guaranteed Hours

• Weekly gross: $2450
• Hourly pay: $68
• on W2: $35.8
• Stipend: $1162

2. Local

• Weekly gross: $2350
• Hourly pay: $65.3
