Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dialysis Technician to join our healthcare team in Everett, WA. As a Dialysis Technician, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care during dialysis treatments, operating dialysis machines, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and educating patients on treatment procedures and self-care practices.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for dialysis treatments, including assessing vital signs and overall condition
• Operate dialysis machines and equipment according to established protocols
• Monitor patients throughout dialysis treatments, making adjustments as necessary to ensure safety and comfort
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the dialysis unit, adhering to infection control standards
• Document patient information, treatment details, and equipment maintenance records accurately and comprehensively
• Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis treatment procedures, dietary guidelines, and medication management
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and address any concerns or issues that arise during treatments
• Respond promptly to emergencies or complications during dialysis treatments, implementing appropriate interventions to ensure patient safety

Requirements:

• Current CHT or CCHT certification.
• Current Washington State MA-HT certification, or able to obtain.
• Current CPR with BLS certification required with American Heart Association.

Pay Rate: The hourly pay rate for Dialysis Technicians in Everett, WA, is $30 per hour or $1200 per week.
