Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Provide visionary leadership to the nursing staff, setting clear expectations, and fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor and evaluate nursing practices, outcomes, and processes to maintain standards and drive quality improvement initiatives.
Develop and implement professional development plans for nursing staff, encouraging ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Stay abreast of federal, state, and local regulations impacting nursing practices and ensure the facility's compliance with all applicable laws.

Shift: Day shift

Pay Range: $59.75 to $85.19

Compensation:

Sign on Bonus: $10,000.00
Housing Stipend: We provide three months of paid housing or $1,200.00 / month housing stipend for the first three months of employment.

Education/Certifications and License (s):

Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing or related field. Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of California

Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility setting.
