Job: CNA 
Job Location: Milford, DE
Contract: 10 Weeks (Extension Available)
Shift: Day
Guarantee: 40 hours a week
Pay Rate: $680/week local and $1105/week for travel

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Provide basic life support in emergency situations
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
• Assist with patient mobility by using proper lifting techniques
• Catheterize patients when necessary
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record systems (eClinicalWorks, Epic)
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
