Guarantee: 36/40 hours a week
Pay Rate: $1639/week
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or physician. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and maintain patients' health by assisting with patient assessments, administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and providing support to patients and their families. The LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conduct patient assessments, including taking vital signs, interviewing patients, and recording medical history.
2. Administer medications and provide treatments as prescribed by physicians.
3. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
4. Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures, such as drawing blood, collecting specimens, and monitoring patients' responses.
5. Monitor and document patients' progress, symptoms, and any changes in their condition.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Valid LPN license issued by the state licensing board.
2. Successful completion of a state-approved practical nursing program.
