Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at a reputable healthcare facility in Waterville, Maine. - Participate in ongoing training and educational programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Maine.

- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a state-approved CNA training program.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move patients safely.

- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to protocols.

- Empathy, patience, and resilience in dealing with patients' emotional and physical needs.
