Job Title: RN Endoscopy
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Shift: Days 8 Hours (40 guaranteed)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a background in endoscopy to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care during endoscopic procedures, as well as pre- and post-operative care. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any changes or complications
- Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients undergoing endoscopy
- Educate patients on post-procedure care and follow-up instructions
- Ensure safe and proper handling of endoscopic equipment
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license
- BLS certification
- 2 years current Endoscopy experience
- Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
- ACLS MUST BE IN HAND AT PROFILE UPLOAD.
