Job Title: RN Acute Care, Med Surg
Location: Windsor, VT
Shifts: Days 12 hours
Duration: 13 weeks
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in Acute Care and Med Surg to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care in a fast-paced environment while working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing and monitoring patient condition
- Administering medications and treatments
- Collaborating with physicians and healthcare team members
- Educating patients and their families about their care plans
- Documenting patient care in electronic medical records
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- BLS
-2 years recent Med Surg & Acute Care experience - Required
-May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg
-CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
-Previous Travel (at least 3 months) - Required
-BSN preferred
