Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) ICU
Location: Winchester, MA
Shift: Night 8 Hours
Duration: 8 Weeks
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The RN will be responsible for providing critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions, closely monitoring their vital signs and assisting in medical procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced ICU setting
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, reacting quickly to changes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and their families on treatment options and post-care instructions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- BSN Required 3+ years of experience required
- BLS and ACLS required Current MA RN License.
