Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN/LVN to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide nursing care to patients under the direction of a registered nurse or physician. The LPN/LVN will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patients' health, and providing basic patient care in various healthcare settings.
Responsibilities and Duties:

- Monitor patients' vitals and respond to any changes in health status
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Provide basic patient care, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
