Job Title: RN-PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated RN-PACU to join our team and provide high-quality care to patients recovering from anesthesia. The RN-PACU will be responsible for assessing patient status, monitoring vital signs, and managing post-operative pain.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing patient health status post-surgery
- Monitoring vital signs and patient comfort
- Administering medications as needed
- Communicating with patients and families regarding care plan
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications and Skills:
- Active RN license
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
