We are seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) with medication technician (MT) and supervisory skills (SS) to join our healthcare team. The LPN-MT-SS-270381 will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and overseeing the daily operations of the healthcare facility.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administer medications to patients as prescribed by a physician
- Monitor patients for any adverse reactions to medications
- Assist with patient assessments and developing care plans
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Active LPN license
- Medication technician certification
- Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- BLS certification
