Shift: 403 -12 hour day shifts per week (7a to 7p)
Guaranteed Hours: 36hrs/week
Pay Rate: $20-$25/hr
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team as a Medical Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will provide direct care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing and dressing.
2. Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
3. Provide assistance with daily activities, such as eating and mobility.
4. Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
6. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
7. Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. High school diploma or GED required.
2. Completion of an accredited LNA training program.
3. Current LNA license in the state of employment.
4. CPR certification.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
