Job Title: RN- Dialysis
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Dialysis team. The RN will be responsible for providing care to patients with kidney disease who require dialysis treatment. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate patient care.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor and assess patients undergoing dialysis treatment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on kidney disease management and treatment options
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the dialysis procedure
- Document patient progress and updates in medical records
- Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and protocols
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Prior experience in dialysis or nephrology nursing is preferred
- BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
