We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at CO-SS-270221. The LPN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborating with healthcare providers, and ensuring the well-being of all individuals under their care.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
2. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the attending physician.
3. Assist with medical procedures and examinations.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
5. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care.
7. Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols.
8. Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.
Qualifications:
1. Current LPN license in the state of Colorado.
2. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
6. BLS certification.
7. Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
