Job Summary:

Position: LPN
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: 8:30 am - 5 pm with a Weekend Rotation (40 hours)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as LPN-SS- PA- 268607. The primary role of the LPN-SS- PA- 268607 will be to provide high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
- Assist physicians and RNs in conducting physical examinations and medical procedures
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Qualifications and Skills:
- Active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an LPN in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- CPR certification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
