Shift: Mix of shifts;0200-1030; 0630-1500; 1030-1900; 1430-2300; 1730-0200
Guaranteed Hours: 36hrs/week
Pay Rate: $22-$24/hr
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Minnesota. The CNA will provide direct patient care and support to residents in a long-term care facility or healthcare setting.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Following care plans and reporting any changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of Minnesota
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents
