Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN-MS-Medical Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting healthcare providers, and ensuring the smooth operations of the medical office.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assist healthcare providers with patient exams and procedures.
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
3. Perform basic clinical procedures such as taking vital signs and preparing patients for exams.
4. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
5. Educate patients about their health conditions and treatment plans.
6. Manage medical supplies and equipment in the office.
7. Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups.
8. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards of nursing practice.
9. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Registered Nurse (RN) with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
2. Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in medical software and electronic health records.
7. Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
8. CPR certification.
9. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
